Vikki Hawke Assistant Manager/Customer Service Manager

Vikki Hawke is the Recreation Lending Assistant Manager/Customer Service Manager for Medallion Bank. She has been with the Bank since 2004 and in the consumer lending industry for more than 20 years. In addition to her extensive funding experience, Vikki has been involved from the start in many new developments within the Recreation Department. She has always been very loyal and dedicated to the Medallion Bank’s success. She is a proven leader with a great handle on effective customer service and has helped improve and maintain that focus.

Vikki’s primary role within the recreation lending department is to ensure a smooth and effective application process and to identify process improvements. Her operation responsibilities touch each department and she is key in making Medallion Bank successful in the recreation lending industry.
