Justin Haley
Justin Haley is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Medallion Bank, a position he has held since April 2021. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer from 2015 to 2021 and General Manager of the Bank’s Home Improvement Lending business, which he started for the Bank in 2012. In addition to his finance and accounting duties, Justin oversees business development and program management for Home Improvement and Recreation Lending, and Strategic Project Management. Before coming to Medallion Bank, he was the President of First Mutual Sales Finance, a home improvement lending subsidiary of Washington Federal.
Justin has a BA in History and an MBA from the University of Washington. He is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
