The VP, Product leads product, pricing, and user experience across Medallion Bank’s recreation and home improvement lending businesses. This leader will build and scale a modern product organization—loan product management & development, online/offline UX, and competitive intelligence—while partnering closely with Sales, Credit/Risk, Technology, Marketing, Operations/Servicing, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Executive Leadership. The mandate: accelerate profitable loan volume growth, identify specialty lending segments, align to competitive markets, raise approval and conversion rates, and deliver a best‑in‑class borrower and partner experience with uncompromising regulatory rigor.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Loan Processor to join the team and be responsible for processing loan stipulations in the recreational lending program.  You will assist loan officers in gathering and verifying approval stipulations such as calculating and verifying income and figuring loan advance based on program guidelines.  Also includes the timely and accurate data entry of the applications and training of other loan processors as assigned.  You will assist all areas in answering calls from dealers and assisting them with their needs.  Performs other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department.

Responsible for supporting the Chief Financial Officer and VP, Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance/accounting department.

This is a technical role responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements to deliver effective software applications and infrastructure. Participates in requirements gathering, systems design, and implementation projects, ensuring solutions meet business objectives, regulatory expectations, and IT standards. Provide support for existing systems and infrastructure and assist with implementation of new technologies.

Responsible for providing software, hardware, and basic desktop and network support to users in multiple locations. Responsible for Tier 1 support, which includes installing, upgrading, repairing, and lifecycle management of PCs and software, troubleshooting issues, problem-solving, and working closely with key vendors to address issues, plus onboarding and offboarding employees.

Responsible for the processing and underwriting of consumer credit applications received from a variety of origination sources within an indirect lending department. Involves direct communication with the dealer and the applicant to reach quality loan decisions. Will gather necessary information to make sound credit decisions. Responds to application inquiries from selected dealers. Performs other duties as necessary to support the goals and objectives of the department and business unit. Restricted loan authority with a requirement for a second signer on certain loan amounts.
