A. You have several options for making payments:
- Log into the customer portal and make a one-time payment or set up automatic recurring payments.
- Call (855) 653-9231, and a customer service agent can run a one-time payment (fee applies) or set up automatic recurring payments, which can be made by ACH or with a debit card. We do not accept credit cards for loan payments.
- Mail a check with your monthly statement to the address listed on your statement slip.
- Set up automatic recurring payments directly with your financial institution (Bill Pay).

Q. Is there a penalty if I pay my loan off early?
A: There is no prepayment penalty. You may pay your loan off at any time.

A: Yes. You can pre-pay your loan at any time or make payments early. Interest accrues daily based on the principal balance outstanding and the interest accrual does not depend on the due date of your next payment.

Q. Can I make a principal-only payment?
A: Yes, but please note the following. Interest accrues daily based on the current principal balance. Thus, interest will be owed if any days have passed since the last payment was made. All payments received are posted first to accrued interest, then principal, then any fees that are owed. If no interest or fees are currently owed, the payment will go entirely to the principal balance.
